    We accept returns for most items within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt. Returns must be initiated by contacting our customer service team with your order details.

    2. Non-Returnable Items
    At RIVIX, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our Candles. Each candle is meticulously handcrafted using premium ingredients, ensuring a luxurious experience for our customers. To maintain the integrity of our candles, we deliver them using temperature-controlled vehicles, ensuring they arrive in the same pristine condition as when they leave our store. Due to the delicate nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales of candles are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any candles unless they arrive damaged or defective due to delivery. This policy helps guarantee that every customer receives a fresh and unused product. Each candle will be accompanied by care and safety instructions. We kindly request that you read and follow these instructions carefully to ensure the best experience with your Candle. In addition, we ask our customers to ensure they can receive their delivery at the time of order. If the candles are left in improper conditions or are not received promptly, they may become damaged, and RIVIX cannot be held responsible for such damage. Please refrain from ordering if you are unavailable or out of the country during the expected delivery time. If your candle arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receipt. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will gladly assist with replacements or resolving any issues related to the condition of your order.

    3. Return Process
    To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email or phone. Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days of approval. Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

    4. Exchanges
    Exchanges are permitted on a case-by-case basis and depend on product availability. Please contact us directly to inquire about available options for exchange.

    5. Refund Policy
    Refunds will be issued after the returned items are received and inspected. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
